Customer need to inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please notify our Customer Service immediately by contact our hotline: 1-700-81-7988, WhatsApp: +6012 306 4733 or email: careline@sblhealthcare.com to report on the products within 7 days upon goods received. Items sent back to us without notify and first requesting a return will not be accepted, hence you will not be getting a refund.

This Returns& Refund is only be applicable for purchase within SBL Healthcare website.
- Refund of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
- If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
- If the products delivered is expired; or

If the product is different from the Order delivered.

Products for refund shall be returned in its new, unused, with tag and in its original condition, quantity and original packaging as it first delivered to customer. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Vouchers - We cannot accept returns on sale items, or vouchers. The vouchers are valid for a period of one (1) month from the date of purchase/issuing. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
- We not encourage customer to exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Upon confirmation of the Return/Refund item, customer is required to send back the product using the consignment note provided by our customer service and send back to our Return Centre as following address.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
