For detoxification, it is important to understand the sources of toxins in the body. Firstly, through metabolism, the body experiences a significant amount of cell death every day, and there is a need to metabolize protein and fat residues. Toxins can also be generated from pesticides, additives in food, or bacteria. In addition, unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, taking medication, or even a lack of sleep can also produce toxins within the body, which can be detrimental to health.

Excessive toxins in the body can manifest in various symptoms, including acne breakouts, rashes, frequent allergies, dry and dull skin, headaches, back pain, fatigue, and irregular bowel movements. While these conditions may not seem severe, they can cause stress or, to some extent, affect daily life.

The liver and kidneys are the two most important organs for excretion and metabolism in the human body. The liver eliminates toxins through cellular processes by excreting them in bile, while the kidneys eliminate harmful substances from the blood through urine.
